    <description>&lt;p&gt;Bonjour je suis un peu surpris par votre recette Pâte feuilletage ( 500 gr ) décrite ici... je suis un ex boulanger... soit : 160 gr de  farine , 110 gr de beurre, sel 2/3 gr..., 60 ml d'eau = 60 gr... moi je calcule au total : 332 gr... Je fais régulièrement de la pâte feuilletage et mais également diverses pâtisseries : crêpes, galettes blé noir, bottereaux nantais,  tartes , Sablés etc...  pour mon association dans ma ville et parfois à la demande  de structures.. telles que fêtes de quartier...( mon record atteint à été en 2013...de fabriquer en direct :700 crêpes dans la journée pour un évènement solllicité par la ville... ( je puis vous rassurer j'ai 73 ans...Mais alors là je suis surpris !...  Pour 1,100 K de feuilletage : 500 gr de farine, 5 gr de sel, 300 ML ( 300 gr) d'eau réfrigérée, et 300 gr de beurre .pour le tourrage...Hourra ! donnez-moi  votre façon de réaliser une telle économie ' faire 500 gr de pâte feuilletée avec votre recette !... Merci&lt;/p&gt;</description>
